Pause

She could not escape her frenzied mind.

Thoughts zooming through her head like ping pong.

Her breath shallow and short, as she felt a sense of overwhelm, rush through her body.

She is more powerful than she thinks. In one moment she decides to pause, allow her thoughts to come and go and breathe through them. With each slow deep breath, the anxiety begins to melt away. She allows herself to just be. She is not defined by her thoughts. 

Always give yourself permission to just pause.
